Co-founders and life-long friends, Jerry Macnamara and Craig Beske, conceived the idea after years of traveling the globe as soccer players and working in the soccer industry. While working in the industry, they continued to hear volunteer buyers from soccer teams and clubs become frustrated with the entire buying process and words that had no meaning to them - availability, discontinued products, meeting budgets, late deliveries, registration delays - you name it, Jerry and Craig have heard about it. After explaining how the overall process works, volunteer buyers from soccer teams and clubs continued to exclaim, “I can’t believe how easy you made it!” Ultimately, the driving premise of Totally Soccer is, “There is an easier way to buy soccer uniforms and field equipment.” Totally Soccer would like to show you what their experience has shown them. Our Experience We’ve been involved in the soccer industry for the past sixteen years; there are few places we haven’t explored the game of soccer. Both of us began playing soccer before we knew how to tie our shoes and when youth small jerseys still hung well below our knees; naturally, we found our first job inside a soccer store. While inside the store, we learned the many facets of soccer retailing: team sales, setting up tournament venues and buying product – we’ve done it all. Both of us humbly began in the business by ironing-on numbers on the back of soccer jerseys. As a result, we know this business from every perspective: players, coaches, manufacturers and retailers.
