By manufacturing the product, we control every aspect of the process – from order entry to product creation to personalization of your jerseys with team logo and player numbers. If we commit to you that you’ll have your uniforms by game day, mark your calendar because you’ll have them. Now, this doesn’t mean that you can call us on Tuesday at 4:30pm and expect your uniforms by Wednesday morning at crack of dawn. That’s just not fair. We need a reasonable amount of time to produce your uniforms. Team uniforms are normally shipped within 3-10 days – and if you look around, you’ll see we lead the industry for accuracy and on-time delivery.

Here’s how our direct from the factory process works:

• During the order process, we always ask, “When is your first game?”
• We record that date right on the order form
• We assign a ship date and a shipping service level that ensures the product will arrive by game day
• Please keep in mind that apparel production and personalization normally takes 3-10 days
• We reserve the right to substitute a reasonable size upgrade, so you’ll have uniforms by kickoff. We’ll replace that product free of charge as soon as it is available.
• If the ship day changes, we will upgrade the shipping at no charge to you to ensure it arrives by game day.
• If UPS fails to deliver on time due to a routing error, your shipping costs are refunded by UPS.
