UPS Ground Service
Due to the diverse nature of field equipment and suppliers, we will quote you the freight based around the item ordered. Some products may qualify to be shipped via UPS shipment, but must be sent as overweight packages or may need to be split shipped thereby incurring higher costs. Customer Service will assist you. After receiving your soccer gear, please inspect the individual products very carefully. Please check all aspects of the product you are receiving. All products have left the factory in excellent condition, so be sure that there have been no damages during the shipping process. If you suspect there might be damage (boxes ripped open; poles appear bent, etc.), you must let the carrier know before you sign for the product. Please be sure to note your concern as specifically as possible. If there is indeed damage, please call us immediately at 888-660-8326 so that we may help you to report the claim and work with the carrier. Your failure to note the damage to the shipper or to contact us within three days renders all of us helpless. Unfortunately, any new replacement goods will be billed if you have not followed these procedures.
