It takes a tremendous amount of work to impress me. I expect prompt responses to my inquiries, friendly people to talk to, and most importantly a totally irrational level of organization. Not only that, I expect a gorgeous product, at a reasonable price, delivered fast. Jerry Macnamara and TotallySoccer blew me away. Not only was working with Jerry a breeze, the jerseys TotallySoccer produced for us were exactly what we were looking for and they arrived well ahead of when we needed them. My players and I absolutely adore them. During the entire process what I was most impressed with was how devoted Jerry is to what he does. He LOVES what he does and it shows. This passion for his work spills over into how he interacts with customers -- he honestly cares as much about getting you your jerseys on time, exactly how you want them, as much as you do. When I first started working with Jerry on our order, I honestly didn't think he was for real.
